Thousands of Starbucks employees can now a college education for free.

The coffee house chain and Arizona State University are announcing that Starbucks workers can get a free online education, even if they leave the company.

The arrangement is open to any of Starbucks' 135,000 U.S. employees.  They have to work at least 20 hours a week and have good enough grades and test scores to be admitted to ASU.

Starbucks will pay full tuition for baristas with at least two years of college credit. It will pick up part of the cost for workers with fewer credits.
