(Undated)  --  Stores might not be as busy on Black Friday as they were last year.

Nielsen's annual Holiday Spending Forecast says only 13-percent of people surveyed say they'll be shopping in stores the day after Thanksgiving.

That's down from 17-percent last year and 20-percent in 2010.  Shoppers don't necessarily plan to spend less money.  Many people just won't leave the house to spend it.

Forty-six percent plan to shop online, well above the 30-percent who planned to cyber-shop last year.
