(Undated) -- Foreclosures are showing a decline to their lowest level in seven years. RealtyTrac says new foreclosure filings dropped 15 percent in November.

The filings include default notices, auctions and bank repossessions. It's the biggest monthly decline since November 2010 and the lowest since December 2006.

RealtyTrac vice president Daren Blomquist says the figures provide strong evidence that the foreclosure crisis is drawing to a close. Still, markets such as Florida, Delaware, Maryland and South Carolina continue to be plagued with high rates of foreclosures.
