(Undated) -- The boss at PayPal wants employees to use the firm's products or work someplace else.

PayPal president David Marcus sent a memo to workers at company headquarters this week, ripping some for not installing the PayPal app and others for not remembering their PayPal passwords.

Marcus told workers "everyone at PayPal" should use the firm's products. He said that's the only way to make them better. Marcus said employees at other PayPal offices are doing a lot more to grow the business than those at headquarters in San Jose, California.

He wrapped up the memo with an invitation for those who refuse to install the PayPal app or remember their company passwords to "go find something that will connect with your heart and mind elsewhere."
