(Boston, MA)  --  People are celebrating the capture of a second Boston bombing suspect.  It's pure relief for Watertown residents who spent much of the past two days hunkered down inside their homes while authorities combed the area.  The search for suspect for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev [[ Joh-har Zar-nay-ahv ]] came to an end when he was found hiding inside a boat.  Law enforcement swarmed into the neighborhood and escorted families to out of their homes.  Tsarnaev and his brother Tamerlan are believed to be responsible planting the bombs that exploded into crowds at the Boston Marathon Monday.  Tamerlan was killed during an overnight shootout.
