The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is working a deputy-involved shooting in Tonopah. MCSO Sergeant Joaquin Martinez tweeted that no deputies were injured in the incident. The shooting happened just before two-o'clock this morning west of the Valley; near 339th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. An investigation is underway.
The suspect has been arrested and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
