Another victim of the Las Vegas mass shooting has ties to the Valley. An Arizona State University graduate is among the 59 victims who were killed in Sunday night's attack.
Thirty-one-year-old Carrie Parsons was at the country music festival on a girls trip. Parsons grew up in Washington and graduated from ASU in 2008.
