A security breach led to the evacuation of a couple of security gates in Terminal Four at Sky Harbor Airport yesterday. We now know what happened.
A former law enforcement officer says he made it through TSA and onto his flight all while holding the wrong ticket by accident. When he was removed from the flight he noticed the ticket given to him had the wrong first name on it.
American Airlines admits to the mistake and says the ticket duplicate should have been caught.
