(Phoenix, AZ) -- The 14 year old suspect in a fatal crash last week has been released from the hospital and sent straight to the Juvenile Correction Center. The boy is charged as a juvenile with 3 counts of first degree murder in the crash last Monday night near I-17. The boy was allegedly driving a stolen SUV that crashed into another vehicle, causing the SUV to burst into flames. The crash killed 12 year old Ariel Santos, 14 year old Promise Garcia, and 38 year old Melissa Bishop. Four others in the SUV, including the boy, were hurt. He is also charged with driving a stolen vehicle, aggravated assault, endangerment, and felony flight.
