A man is facing charges after being accused of sexually assaulting his Uber driver. A female driver says she picked up Danny Hale, Jr. over the weekend for a trip from Gilbert to Scottsdale.
She says Hale reached over and grabbed her chest before she swatted him away. Hale is then accused of reaching his hand into her lap and touching her private area over her jeans. That's when the driver pulled over, kicked him out and called police.
He was arrested shorty after and being held on ten-thousand dollar bond, but denies the allegations.
