A Goodyear woman is accused of firing a few shots at her husband who was in a very compromising position at the time.
The husband says he was sitting on the toilet when his wife of 32 years started shooting. She reportedly fired two shots above his head, but no one got hurt.
Police say she told them that she started shooting in late December because he wouldn't listen to her.
She also claimed that her husband would have to be ten feet tall in order to be hit by the bullets, but investigators say the shots were fired about seven inches from her husband's head.
She was arrested shorty after and has been charged with aggravated assault.
