Calls Mounting For Montenegro To Quit Race

There are mounting calls for a Congressional candidate to quit amid scandal.  

Steven Montenegro is running to replace Trent Franks who resigned amid allegations of sexual harassment from his District 8 Congressional seat.  But now, Montenegro, a former state lawmaker, is embroiled in a sexting scandal that reportedly includes a topless photo from a junior legislative staffer.  

He's facing calls from multiple women to drop out of the race less than a week before the primary.  

Former Governor Jan Brewer, Cathi Herrod, the president of the Center for Arizona Policy, and State Senators Nancy Barto and Karen Fann all tweeting that Montenegro should step down.
