An Arizona lawmaker is doing damage control after getting some money from some questionable characters.
Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema recently received over 33-thousand dollars from a man named Ed Buck. There are reports that say that the prominent Democratic donor is part of an investigation after a male escort died of a drug overdose at his California home last year.
AZ Central says Sinema has since donated the money to charity in hopes of distancing herself from Buck. Sinema has also donated money she's received from owners of a website with ties to sex trafficking.
