A toddler is clinging to life after being found in a bucket full of liquid. It's unclear at this time if the liquid was water or some sort of cleaning solution.
The one-year-old boy was found by his nine-year-old sibling inside a home last night in West Phoenix near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road.
When fire crews arrived, the young boy wasn't breathing and he didn't have a pulse. After being rushed to the hospital, police say the boy regained his pulse, but his condition has not been released.
It's unknown if the parents are facing charges.
