Six Dead In Small Plane Crash

Six people are dead after a small-plane crash in Scottsdale.  The plane took off last night just before 9 o'clock from Scottsdale Airport, near Hayden Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.  

Scottsdale police say the Piper PA-24 had six people on board and went down a few blocks away near the TPC Scottsdale golf course shortly after take off.  The plane hit the ground hard and burst into flames, and officials say no one survived the crash.  

The National Transportation Safety Board is already on scene and investigating.
