Coconino County Under A State Of Emergency

Governor Doug Ducey declares a State of Emergency in Coconino County after flooding caused by unusual amounts of rainfall.  Monsoon storms in the last two weeks have produced over eight inches of rain in some areas.

The flooding has damaged private property, roadways and has interrupted power service.

Today's emergency declaration directs 200-thousand dollars in emergency funds to recovery efforts.
