(Phoenix, AZ) -- Safeway won't rebuild the grocery store that burned to the ground last month at 35th Avenue and Northern. The grocery chain says it was a difficult decision to make. The building had stood at that location for more than 30 years. Its employees have been relocated to other Safeway stores in the valley.
