The U.S. Marine Corps is declaring five Marines who went missing last week dead. They were lost when two U.S. planes collided off the coast of Japan. The Marine Corps says every effort was made to recover their bodies.
One Arizona Marine, 27-year-old Maximo Alexander Flores, is among the dead. Flores was one of five Marines missing after a mid-air plane crash during a training exercise on Thursday.
