Another wrong-way driver is stopped before anyone was hurt by DPS troopers on I-17 Monday morning. ADOT's wrong-way detection system warning of a driver going southbound in the northbound lanes of the I-17 near Camelback. Drivers also calling 9-1-1 to report the wrong-way driver.
Troopers getting the car pulled over near the I-17/I-10 stack before the wrong way driver caused any accidents or anyone was injured.
The wrong-way driver was arrested. There is no word on whether impairment was a factor or what charges the wrong-way driver may face.
