A Proposed Tax On Porn Would Fund Border Security

An Arizona lawmaker is proposing a bill that would tax anyone viewing porn on an electric device in the state.

Senator Gail Griffin's bill would use software as a blanket approach to block all porn websites on every electronic device until the user's age is confirmed and a tax of at least $20 is paid.  Anyone caught getting around the blocking software would face a misdemeanor criminal charge.

Border security that could include a border wall is first in line to get the money.
