Stuck in a traffic jam? Hum Rider can help!  With the push of a button, Hum Rider widens and elevates and lets you drive over cars in front of you.  Problem solved.

Unfortunately, this thing isn't real.  The Hum Rider is just a marketing stunt by Thinkmodo... aka the guys who put together the Devil Baby viral video.  They came up with the concept to promote Verizon Telematic's Hum platform.  Hum consists of a dongle that plugs into the OBD port on any car made after 1996 and a Bluetooth speaker.  It adds diagnostics, road-side assistance, location and speed tracking and geo-fencing. The hardware costs $29 and the monthly service costs $10 a month.
