We will soon get a look at the "Serial Street Shooter" suspect since he was arrested. This week, a judge ruled that Aaron Saucedo will remain in shackles and have his picture taken by the media during an upcoming court hearing.
He's charged with nine murders over the course of 12 shootings between August 2015 and July 2016. His layers tried to argue that seeing him dressed in a jail uniform and wearing handcuffs, belly chains and leg irons may persuade a jury, but the judge shot the argument down.
Saucedo's due in court late next month.
