Oakland A's Catcher Bails Out Of Jail

The first Major League Baseball player to kneel for the national anthem in protest is out of jail after posting bond.  Oakland A's catcher Bruce Maxwell is facing aggravated assault and disorderly conduct charges after he allegedly pointed a gun at a food delivery driver Saturday night while intoxicated in Scottsdale.

The female food delivery driver told investigators, Maxwell pointed a gun at her head.

Maxwell's bond was set at $10,000.  His release conditions will not allow him to posess a firearm, drink alcohol and must submit a DNA sample.

He's due back in court next week.
