(Phoenix, AZ) -- The Arizona Legislature will have a bipartisan committee draft a code of conduct for members of the Legislature. The committee will consist of four Members from each body, evenly divided between Republicans and Democrats. The committee membership is still being finalized. House Speaker J.D. Mesnard says it's unfortunate a code is needed, but it will serve the public and legislators will have greater clarity.
