We are learning more about a man police say is connected to the death of a Phoenix police dog. The man is accused of stealing a couple of cars at gunpoint, and leading cops on a high speed chase earlier this week.
He made his way into a home and court records show that he took a shower, grabbed some clothes from the closet and even had a meal before hiding in the attic.
The guy fell through the ceiling and officers sent in a police dog named "Bane." Shortly after, they found Bane unresponsive and shoved in a cabinet and the suspect covered in dog bites.
