(Phoenix, AZ)  --  Recreational marijuana won't be legal in Arizona anytime soon.  The group behind a petition to get the matter on the November ballot was unable to come up with enough signatures by yesterday's deadline.  The group "Safer Arizona" says it only collected about half of the 150-thousand-plus signatures it needed.  "Safer Arizona" chairman David Wisniewski tells the "Capitol Times" any future proposals to legalize marijuana are going to the need the backing of dispensary owners.
