(Fountain Hills, AZ) -- A transgender woman is speaking out about a CVS pharmacist. Hilde Hall says she was elated to drop off the first round of her hormone prescription because it mean that her body would start to reflect her gender identity. The pharmacist at the CVS in Fountain Hills refused to fill the prescription, so she called her doctor who sent her to different pharmacy to have it filled. The AZ Republic is reporting that the pharmacist is looking for a new job and Hall is waiting for a personal apology.
