(Phoenix, AZ)  --  The Arizona Department of Public Safety is revealing the name of the man suspected of shooting and killing DPS Trooper in training Tyler Edenhofer last night on I-10 in Avondale.  DPS Chief Frank Milstead says 20 year old Isaac King got into scuffle with about six officers.  He allegedly grabbed a trooper's gun and fired twice, killing Odenhofer and shooting another trooper in his shoulder. Milstead said they're still investigating how he was able to grab the weapon.  King has no criminal history, but he does have a history of mental health problems.  King is in custody and is being treated in a hospital.
