Congressman Tom Garrett (R) talked Russian meddling on CNN but not in the 2016 presidential election. (That's what Democrats do.) No, Garrett claimed that the Russians had meddled to stir the racial tensions that sparked that violent rally in Charlottesville, Virginia last year!

One year later and it's still paying off. Spike Lee has a new movie out to keep racial tensions going, CNN is running " Charlottesville One Year Later" specials and Democrats are still angry with the President for not getting impeached over it.
