Business owners are struggling in the time of COVID. They are all subject to whims from Mayors and Governors as to what can stay open and when. One comedy club in San Diego is no different. That's why the American Comedy Co. is now being called 'protest' and comedians are 'protesting.' They say this allows them to stay open since protests are a right guaranteed by the Constitution.
