Katie Hobbs needs to debate Kari Lake. The strategy of hiding like Joe Biden is not going to work for the people of Arizona.
Hobbs hopes that by not debating Lake she can control the narrative when in fact the optics are controlling the situation. It is not a good look for Hobbs to not debate Lake despite the countless opportunities that have been given to remedy that.
Kari Lake simply wants the people to know who and what they are voting for while Katie Hobbs wants to paint Lake and Republicans with broad strokes as a "circus."
The people see through this strategy and based on the Project Veritas incident that happened where she ran away from questions her grasp on the race has clearly diminished.
