massive tornado touched down in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Friday (March 31) afternoon, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Over 88,000 people were without power after the severe storms rolled through the area.

According to KTHV, officials estimate that at least 600 people could be injured. UAMS Medical Center has declared a level 3 mass casualty event. The station reported that police officers are transporting patients to the hospital because there are not enough ambulances.
