WATCH: Snowflakes Need Not Apply, Raindrops Are Welcome!

The CEO of a company in Connecticut has introduced a 'snowflake test' to weed out 'whiny, entitled' millennial candidates.  Kyle Reyes, chief executive of The Silent Partner Marketing, which created the test says questions include "What does America mean to you?" and "When was the last time you cried and why?" Network news outlets are loving the story, including Fox News!
