Congressman Andy Biggs is leading an effort in the House to cancel the August recess in order to ensure that they can complete their agenda for the year. He’s currently circulating a letter amongst his colleagues to that effect. He will soon deliver that letter to leadership. In the meantime, Congressman Biggs took time to talk with Chris Merrill.
