LISTEN: Supreme Court Travel Action Explained


The Trump Travel Ban against travelers and refugees from six majority-Muslim nations was reinstated today by the U.S. Supreme Court, with certain key exceptions. Specifically, the court said that the ban “may not be enforced against foreign nationals who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.” Because of the compromise nature of the ruling, it is expected to cause chaos in lower courts across the country that will be asked to determine what “bona fide” relationship really means. 

National legal analyst, James Goodnow, based in Phoenix, breaks it down for The Chris Merrill Show.
