LISTEN: Will NFL Concussions Lead To NFL Lawsuits?

With the Cardinals training camp in full swing, the topic of concussions rears its head once more. An updated study published Tuesday by the Journal of the American Medical Association reveals that 110 out of 111 brains of those who played in the NFL had chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a progressive degenerative disease of the brain caused by concussions and sub concussive hits to the head.

Last year, the NFL settled thousands of concussion lawsuits filed by former players, alleging the league ignored the link between football and brain damage.

Marc Lamber, a national legal analyst and attorney for Fennemore Craig based in Phoenix, discusses the issue with Chris Merrill.
