The 2024 Olympics in Paris have kicked off.
This year, 206 nations and over 10,000 athletes compete in 32 sports.
Earlier this week, US Olympics Hall of Famer Caitlyn Jenner joined FOX News Rundown host Chris Foster to reflect on their career and discuss why the games are so important.
Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, became one of the most famous athletes on the planet after winning the gold medal and breaking the world decathlon record in the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games.
Jenner, now a FOX News Contributor, discussed what it was like to compete at such a high level and deal with the celebrity she achieved after her incredible success.
She also discussed the trauma of witnessing the deadly terror attack when competing in the 1972 Munich Games.
The conversation was long, and we could not include all of it in our original FOX News Rundown segment.
On the FOX News Rundown Extra, we bring you our entire conversation with US Olympic Icon Caitlyn Jenner, and you can hear a handful of great stories and insights that did not make our original segment.
