September 11th has become a day of unity and solemn remembrance of a horrific day in American history. '9-11 Day' was started shortly after the attacks in 2001 by cofounders who wanted something good to come out of so much loss of life. The '9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance' helps pay tribute to everyone touched by the events of that day and is also a large organizer of hunger relief projects in cities around the world.
FOX’s Tonya J. Powers speaks with David Paine, co-founder of '9/11 Day', the September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance, who offers ideas on how to participate in remembering September 11th and honoring the heroes of that day.
