Phoenix Mayor candidate Valenzuela says we need to hire more cops

City Council member, candidate for Phoenix mayor, and firefighter Daniel Valenzuela joined the The MIke Broomhead show as he readies for the run off election on March 12th. Mr. Valenzuela wants to focus on first responders in Phoenix. He highlighted that Phoenix has 500 fewer cops today than 10 years ago. As a firefighter Danny Valenzuela says he will put first responders first and that “we have to show by evidence that Public safety is the number priority.”

Mr. Valenzula says that ,even though they are both democrats, there are big differences between himself and his opponent Kate Gallego. Early voting has already started and end on March 12th.
