Keep this in mind as you hear all of the Democrat candidates for President call for raising taxes. Ask yourself if America has an income problem or a spending problem. The Trump tax cuts have worked. They have actually increased revenue into the treasury. We have more money in the government than ever before. But we are still spending more than we are taking in. There is no such thing as fiscal restraint in our government. I would think that both Democrat and Republican voters would refuse to give the government more tax dollars until they prove to be good stewards with the tax money they have now. Not just the federal government. But state and local governments as well.
