Former illegal immigrants rights activist and Phoenix City Councilman Carlos Garcia made a fool of himself during a traffic stop by an ASU police officer. He was driving a vehicle with suspended tags for no insurance. In the body can video he can be seen telling the officer that he didn't believe the officer had jurisdiction to pull him over. Then he refused to sign the citation and finally threatened to find a way to get rid of them. When one of the officers responds "good luck with that", Garcia asks if they want to see "who I am?" It's an embarrassment to the City to have a leader be so drunk with power. Where are the rest of the council members denouncing the behavior and demanding a public apology?
