Truth be told, no one knows for certain where COVID-19 came from. One theory suggests it's from nature. But, the animal in question hasn't been found to date 18 months after the first outbreak in China. Another theory suggests COVID could have leaked out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
A lab that received American funding through Dr. Fauci's National Institutes Of Health (via EcoHealth Alliance). Those are the questions Dr. Fauci is evading.

Clearly, investigations into 'gain of function' research which as Sen. Paul says, 'juices' naturally occurring viruses to make them more contagious to humans. The idea behind gain of function research is to potentially create treatments in case a naturally occurring virus mutates.
In this case, it could very well be a pandemic was created in a lab funding by Dr. Fauci's organization.
