Fauci Backtracks On Canceling Christmas.

This is Dr. Anthony Fauci as we have seen him before, doing damage control. Over the weekend, Dr. Fauci was asked about having a normal Christmas this year.

The doctor said, "It is just too soon to tell. We have to concentrate on continuing to get those numbers down and not try to jump ahead by weeks or months and say what we’re going to do at a particular time."

Talk about cancel culture. Grinch Fauci is trying to cancel another Christmas.

His comments didn't go over well so he came back out to 'clarify.'

"I will be spending Christmas with my family," Fauci said, adding, "I encourage people, particularly the vaccinated people, who are protected, to have a good, normal Christmas with your family."

But, it gets even better. Fauci, again says what he said was taken out of context.

He's used this line before when attempting to explain the Biden Administration's convoluted third COVID-shot strategy. A few weeks after President Biden said a third shot was going to be available for all Americans 8 months after their second shot, an FDA panel shot that down. They couldn't recommend the third dose for all Americans, only for some.

Fauci used the old, 'out of context' defense then too.

Out of context is a keyword for damage control. That's why Fauci was back on CNN one day after doom and glooming Christmas. He was doing damage control because he just took the half-empty glass of optimism and dumped it out.

Americans are tired. We are weary from having lived through almost two years of pandemic restrictions. Millions have changed their lives around who are now looking forward to any bit of 'normalcy' they can find. Millions of Americans made the choice to get their COVID shots because there was a promise of returning to normal. One of those signs of 'normalcy' will be the upcoming Holiday season.

Unless Fauci blows out the candle.
