I've been looking into this... News reports seem to describe Rotary International's new policy concerning guns, weapons, and armaments as rather anti-second amendment. Like other reporters, that's the way I read the new policy, too. Now, because of push-back of late, Rotary International is somewhat back-peddling and putting out "clarifications." Still, this decision means this prestigious, philanthropic, and altruistic service club has become political. Not good. If this new policy remains, my guess is that they will lose many members from the USA. The policy goes into effect July 1, so we'll see.
