News pundits say President Donald Trump is emotionally unfit for office, but they say this through their own personal emotional reactions and tears. The emotional basket cases otherwise known as CNN anchors don’t deliver the news – they deliver the emotional reaction du jour. If you want a perfect example of this, look at their reactions to election night.
Outrage, sadness, confusion, contempt – everything but the news.
The tears, the disbelief! Every single negative human emotion was on full display. From Rachel Maddow to Wolf Blitzer, the people who are supposed to deliver events to the public in a balanced, unbiased fashion went to crazy town. And they haven’t come back.
Can you imagine Walter Cronkite cracking up over the word shithole? He kept it together – barely- when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. He was emotional when a man landed on the moon, but didn’t skip a beat. He delivered the news – the full gravity of it too.
I am not one to pine over the past, but I long for the days when news people delivered the news (even if a little biased.) I don’t want their break downs, I want a breakdown of the news.
However, those days are over. I say again, the news media have gone to Crazy Town. That’s why we need The Circus! As the Ringmaster of the Conservative Circus it is my job to point out the shows that are taking place in each of the different rings. We do that with great fervor and lots of fun along the way.
The Left paints conservatives and stuffy hypocrites who hate everything but their own kind. The Circus shines light on left while blowing their stereotypes of us to smithereens. How can that not be fun and entertaining? Everybody loves the circus!
