In case you missed it, one of the weirdest moments in CNN's Town Hall was Biden standing there with his elbows bent and fists clenched as Anderson Cooper talked to him! What was he doing? Did he think he was skiing? Driving a car? Double fisting ice cream combs? This guy is in charge of the nuclear football!
