A Tempe councilman is off the hook after being accused of sexual misconduct. Three women have recently accused Councilman Kolby Granville of giving them booze when they were underage and making unwanted sexual advances.
The Phoenix Police Department says it will not file charges against Granville at this time. The accusers are former students of Tempe Preparatory Academy, where he was a teacher, but he's since been fired.
Tempe officials are now trying to figure out how to proceed with a City Council Code of Conduct investigation.
