(Phoenix, AZ) -- It's a no go for state Senate candidate Mark Syms. Yesterday the Arizona Supreme Court ruled Syms cannot appear on the November ballot. The state's highest court says there is abundant evidence that Syms, the husband of Republican Representative Maria Syms, did not collect the required one-thousand-250 signatures.
