(Phoenix, AZ) -- Troubled Johnson Utilities is now under different management. After a contentious legal fight, the company turned over operations to EPCOR USA this morning. The takeover is in response to years-long problems which caused the Arizona Corporation Commission to order Johnson Utilities to give up control of the organization. That demand was met with staunch resistance and lawsuits, but as of this morning EPCOR executives gained control of the company.
