(Phoenix, AZ) -- A suspect is under arrest in the hit and run death of a skateboarder. Phoenix police say 24-year-old Matthew Carringer was riding his skateboard around 19th Avenue and Dunlap, against traffic Saturday evening when he was hit by a car that took off. Information led them to 21-year-old Breyon Green. He's been arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in injury or death.
